Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping rates
We offer free shipping on all orders. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.
International shipping and delivery estimates
We ship internationally. Orders are typically delivered within approximately 10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and local customs processing. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipment tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, where available. Please allow time for the tracking information to become active.
Delays
Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or high order volumes. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed.
